We are preparing for ExpoDetergo 2026
The way we do business, every day
For us, social responsibility is not separate from our work. It is reflected in the way we choose to do business, build relationships, care for people and create value responsibly, both within and beyond the company.
We are a family business, and this identity truly matters to us. It shapes our relationships with customers, our relationships with the people who work with us and the way we envision growth. We believe in a responsible, ethical business that can thrive over time because it is built on quality, integrity, care for people and responsibility towards the local community.
People at the heart of our business

For us, social responsibility starts with people. It starts with those who work with us, grow with us and contribute every day to the continuity of our business.
Over the years, we have chosen to invest in a tangible approach to employee wellbeing, not as a symbolic gesture but as part of our corporate culture. We believe that working well also means creating an environment where people feel respected, involved and valued. This is also the foundation of our approach to employee welfare: genuine care built on attention, continuity and responsibility.
Economic responsibility: creating value sustainably

For us, social responsibility is also reflected in the way we create value. We do not believe in growth that is disconnected from the quality of our work, the integrity of our relationships and the reliability of our products.
This applies to us and to our customers as well. That is why we focus on durability, reliability, continuity of supply and ensuring that each product is appropriate for the environment in which it will be used. As we see it, a responsible business helps customers work more effectively, protect their margins and, in turn, build a healthier and more stable business over time.
A responsible supply chain and verified quality

In our sector, responsibility also extends throughout the supply chain. It is reflected in the choice of suppliers, the control of raw materials, transparent processes and our commitment to genuinely verifying what we offer.
For us, a responsible supply chain brings together tradition, technological innovation, attention to detail and respect for people and the environment. That is why we select suppliers who share an ethical approach to work and operate through transparent processes in line with European regulations.
Training, young people and the future

Taking social responsibility also means looking beyond the present. It means investing in young people, in a positive work culture and in the opportunity to develop skills that can genuinely contribute to the future of the sector.
That is why, in recent years, we have provided four internships followed by apprenticeships: starting with training to develop specialist skills means building a long-term future together with young people.
Culture, local community and society

Social responsibility does not stop at the doors of our company. It also concerns the way we engage with our local community and contribute to the causes we consider important.
In 2024, we supported FAI as a Corporate Golden Donor, because we believe that cultural heritage, landscapes and collective memory are part of the value that a company can help protect and pass on to future generations.
Our commitment to sport follows the same principle, seeing it as an opportunity for growth, belonging and inclusion. Alongside our partnership with Napoli Basket, in 2025 we also support Circolo Canottieri Napoli by sponsoring its youth water polo team, which has achieved significant results. For us, this choice has a clear purpose: to encourage young people to learn the value of rules, become part of an organised sports team and provide a tangible opportunity for those who might otherwise be unable to afford it.
Environmental sustainability: research, products and continuous improvement

When we talk about sustainability, our focus is primarily on the environment and on how we can improve our products and processes.
We work towards this through research, laboratory testing and innovation. We have developed a research programme with the University of Foro Italico focusing on innovative textiles, the reuse of natural fibres and technologies such as photocatalysis, with the aim of improving durability, reusability and the environmental impact of processes. We have also enhanced our laboratory with a high-definition microscopy system to analyse fibres, yarns and fabrics with greater precision and further strengthen quality control.
For us, this too is responsibility: understanding our products better, controlling them more effectively and continuing to improve them.
A commitment that brings everything together
As we see it, social responsibility brings together business, people, work, the supply chain, the local community and the environment.
It means growing without losing sight of the purpose behind what we do. It means building quality with integrity. It means continuing to invest in people, research, a positive work culture and a way of doing business that creates value not only for us, but also for those around us.
