We are preparing for ExpoDetergo 2026
More control over your linen, less complexity in management
Anyone working with large volumes of linen knows this well: when items are constantly moving between collection, washing, delivery, rotation and replacement, keeping everything under control requires time, attention and staff.
The RFID service was created to make this process easier. The RFID tag applied to each item makes it possible to associate useful management information with it and retrieve that information quickly, providing a clearer overview of movements, product characteristics and its history over time. Our approach focuses precisely on this: tags are sewn into the linen and can store selected data. We help customers count and monitor items with a view to greater security and optimisation. In the future, the tags will be able to store even more information.
Practical support for industrial laundries and structured facilities
In day-to-day operations, traceability is not simply about “knowing where an item is”. It helps reduce errors, improve operational workflows and make the overall management of textile supplies more organised.
With an RFID system, it becomes easier to receive, sort, check, return and schedule the replacement of linen. This means working more accurately while reducing the burden of tasks that, when carried out manually across large quantities, can become slow and inefficient.
Fewer errors, greater efficiency
When information can be accessed in just a few seconds, downtime, unnecessary steps and the risk of errors are reduced. We see shorter sorting times, greater accuracy during collection and delivery, optimised stock management, better replacement planning and fewer washing errors.
For those managing large quantities, all of this has a direct impact on service quality and the operational sustainability of day-to-day work.
A service that becomes even more valuable as volumes grow
The greater the number of items, the greater the value of a system that helps monitor them. RFID becomes particularly useful when supplies are extensive, the number of customers served is high or linen turnover requires constant and accurate monitoring.
In these situations, it is not just about technology, but about organisation. And better organisation almost always translates into greater speed, better control and an improved ability to deliver a reliable service.
